The Prediction Model of the Relation of Displacement, Stress, Strain and Porosity between Substrate and Cell

In this work, we study the properties of scaffold (substrate) to develop and improve the suitable mathematical model. The results of this model are compared the relation of displacement, stress, strain and porosity of scaffold and cell in different state and several time. We apply the numerical approximation and use Mat lab program after take the finite difference method and Darcy'slaw to analyze these solutions.
