Data Mining Analysis for Relationship between Family Support of Nursing Personnel and Job

Data mining (DM) is a decision support process. The essential difference of DM and traditional data analysis (such as query, report form, on-line application and analysis) lies in that: DM is to mine and find knowledge under the precondition without explicit assumption. In recent years, nursing personnel are facing unprecedented challenges and pressures. Job burnout problem also becomes more and more prominent. This paper from the perspective of family support studies the relationship with family support and job burnout. Enhancement of family support and improvement of income level of nursing personnel can effectively relieve nursing personnel’ job burnout degree and have important practical significance at both individual level and organization level.
