Geometric Approaches of projection Theory in Three Dimensional Euclidean spaces

Sahar Mohamed Ali

Abstract

In this paper, Geometric approaches, properties, and aspects of the three dimensional Euclidean space have been used to determine general formulas for projection operators that project elements in three dimensional Euclidean space onto their corresponding elements in lines, in planes, and in spheres. In particular, project elements in three dimensional Euclidean space onto their corresponding elements in one and two dimensional subspaces, minimal distances are also considered. These projections are useful for descriptive geometry and for interior design.

Keywords
