Image Transmission Security: A Study

In any communication, security is the most important issue in todays world. A lot of data security and data hiding algorithms have been developed in the last decade, which worked as a motivation for the research. Illegal data access has become more easy and prevalent in communication network. This paper focuses mainly on the different kinds of image security techniques. As the use digital techniques for transmitting and storing images are increasing, it becomes an important issue that how to protect the confidentiality, integrity and authenticity of images. There are various techniques which are discovered from time to time to encrypt the images to make images more secure. This paper presents a survey of research papers dealing with image transmission security
