Measuring Satisfaction for Each E-Government Implementation Level

Information and communication technologies (ICT) offer the government new possibilities for providing farmers and agricultural businesses. Criticism about the provision of e-government services, however, has doubt performance evidences. In this paper, we reviewed five years’ implementation of agricultural e-business cases in the agricultural sector. Based on the functional e-government framework, we found that satisfaction measurements were heavily used in early states. To the contrary, characteristics about the vertical- and horizontal integration level were not sufficiently reflected in terms of satisfaction measurements.
