Linear Regression Models of Marine Traffic Flow

Yao Liu

Abstract

In recent years, marine traffic flow of every "golden waterway" in China's coastal and Yangtze River has increased rapidly, which has made important contributions for China's economic and social development, but frequent maritime accidents has caused huge losses, which put forward higher requirements for the planning and navigation management of each channel or fairway. To solve this problem, we analyze marine traffic flow influencing factors, introduce multiple linear regression model based on SPSS, carry through multiple linear regression studies by clustering analysis of SPSS. Simulation results show that, each functional modules of multiple linear regression model system based on SPSS operates normally presented in this paper, they can complete their objective functions, there is no serious bugs, system speed reaches the pre-requirements.

Keywords

marine traffic flow, SPSS fuzzy clustering, multiple linear regression, influencing factors.
