Xun-biao Liu, Ji-kun Guo, Chun-jiang Zhao, Jun Dai, Hong-qi Wang

Abstract

The performance evaluation of military POL saving is an important means to measure performance management of POL saving and improve it in a sustained manner. In this paper, a military POL saving performance evaluation index system, including 25 key performance indicators in five categories is established. By using improved analytic hierarchy process to set the weights of various indicators, a performance evaluation model was established for military POL saving and was used in a certain air force airfield and station based on fuzzy mathematics. Analysis of the case shows that the evaluation method is scientific, reasonable and easy to operate. It is believed that this research can provide certain reference for military POL saving performance management.
