Numerical?Simulation of Cost of Sales in Thermal Power Plants Based on System Dynamics

Using system dynamics theory, this paper builds the cost of sales simulation model for thermal power enterprises. This model takes into account a variety of factors which affect the cost of sales of thermal power enterprises to simulate the trend of it in the sales process. At the same time, with financial data of a certain power plant as the basis, it can simulate the changes of the cost of sales of the factory in the next five years and find out the main factors which affect the change of the costs, to provide the basis for thermal power enterprise management to make decisions.
