Application and Optimization of Multi-physical Field Coupling Technique in ATP Process Dust Control

Abstract


Information technology, especially computer technology, plays a critical role in the industrialization process. To deal with the tight requirement on the particle size of the raw materials in the ATP process and the environmental contamination in the operation space, the nature and generation mechanism of oil shale dust are analyzed and enclosing and dedusting process in the dust control process is optimized using the COMSOL Multiphysics multi-physical field coupling technique. Results indicate that using the multi-physical field coupling technique can very well solve the problem of engineering optimization of the dust control and provides a new approach to prove that the engineering application of such technique is scientific and reasonable.
