CFD Analysis of the Effect of Inlet Parameters on the Flow in Tangential-inlet Swirl Nozzle for Preparing Nano-drug
Abstract
parameter for tangential-inlet swirl nozzle in preparing nano-drug by SEDS process. The mass flow rate of SC-CO2 introduced from inlet1 affected the control of particle size and particle size distribution. Results indicate that when the mass flow rate of SC-CO2 is 7x10^4kg/s, the flow within the tangential-inlet swirl nozzle is most conducive for producing nanoparticle with narrow particle size distribution.
