New tail probability inequalities for widely orthant dependent random variables sequence, application to hazard estimator

Tail probability inequalities have be an important tool in probability and statistics. Version of Bernstein type inequalities have proved for independent and for some dependence structure. We prove a new Tail probability inequality for the distributions of sums of widely orthant dependent (WOD, in short) random variables, and obtain of complete convergence for kernel estimators of density and hazard functions, under some suitable conditions .
