A HSI Seasonal Adaptive Method for Forest Monitor Based on Gray Projection Image Stabilization Algorithm

Shaoqing Tian, Nihong Wang, Hong Qi, Hong Hu

Abstract

It is an important part that set up video monitor in the forest for forest resources information management. However, with the role of power and direction of wind, the images displayed in the monitor are often unstable. In this case, the observers may feel fatigue at visual, so they have lower efficiency. Based on gray projection digital Image stabilization algorithm can process unstable images, but the accuracy is lower when images information derived from forest. An efficient method was put forward to keep accurate image stabilization based on gray projection algorithm processing. It will reduce the amount of computation of GPA. According to different seasons, we have also constructed a seasonal adaptive strategy. The experimental results show that the proposed method has advantages of accuracy and preferable effect.
