Evolutionary Game Model for Controlling the Unsafe Behaviors of Employees Based on System Dynamics

In order to study the reasons of unsafe behaviour and come up with scientific control strategy, the evolutionary game model is established between the enterprise and employee which is found that the evolutionary stable strategy do not exist. On the basis of this, the model of system dynamics is used to simulated evolutionary game model according to the different initial strategy values and different variable values. Simulation results illustrate that the employees’ unsafe behaviours are influenced by the different initial strategy values, fines, accident loss proportion covered by employee, the amount of labor of safety activities, the inspection cost, the cost of correcting employee’s unsafe behaviour and the psychological gains and losses of choosing the unsafe behaviors. Enterprise can use the methods of reducing the labour amount of safety activities, reducing the cost of the safety supervision and correcting employee’s unsafe behaviours, creating a good safety culture atmosphere, establishing scientific dynamic management mechanism and other measures to control the employees’ unsafe behaviors.
