On the Security of a Certificate-Based Signcryption Scheme

Abstract


Recently, Li et al. proposed a certificate-based signcryption scheme which enjoys short signature length and blow operation cost. Although they proved that their scheme is secure. However, in this paper, we will show that their scheme does not meet the basic requirements of confidentiality and unforgeability.
